UK Shipping

Orders must be placed before 1pm to be despatched on the same day, our courier collection is around 1.30-2.30pm (Monday to
Friday). Orders placed after 1pm but before 2.30pm we will still aim to dispatch that same day if in time for our courier collection.

Deliveries occur 7 days a week, so orders placed on a Friday will usually be delivered on a Saturday. 

Orders received on a weekend / bank holiday will be despatched
on the next working day.

Free Shipping – Orders to mainland UK over the value of £60 qualify for free shipping (Usually Next Working Day).

Next Working Day Delivery is Standard

We also deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, although there is a slightly higher delivery charge due to extra courier costs incurred, but we do heavily subsidise these rates. 

Queen Bee Shipping

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

Special delivery is how all queens are sent, so when ordering queens please select this option. Bees and Queens do not qualify for free shipping.

You can select collection at the checkout to collect your order from our premises at Haltwhistle.

We can also take orders over the phone on 01434 322981 for collection or free local delivery.

International Delivery

We are able to deliver to a number of international countries.

However with variable requirements on export paperwork, and shipping cost, we take international orders on a case by case basis. 

For international orders, please contact us for a personalised quote, please include your address for quoting purposes. 

Please note you will be responsible for any necessary customs fees / taxes at the point of entry to your country, so please provide correct contact details for customs to contact you, if you do not clear your parcel through customs it will result in it being returned to us, in these circumstances no refund on shipping costs will be provided.
